What can I do if my product does not work?

If the product happen to be defective, we will return with a shipping note and further instructions.

 

I have just received a product that is damaged during transport, what do I do?

Write to us via the contact form and join a photo of the damaged packaging.

 

I have received my product but it is not the product I ordered, what do I do?

Write to us via the contact form and join a photo of the delivery note with the incorrect product.
